At PTP, our work covers audiovisual, electrical, communications, networking, security and digital technology, which means no two days, projects or problems are quite the same.
What brings our team together is a shared passion and standard for doing things the right way, looking after each other, having fun and delivering work we’re proud of. Thats the PTP way.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. Nobody does. What matters to us is curiosity, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to work well with the people around you.
We value people who ask questions, take ownership of their work and are willing to lend a hand when someone needs it.
What we look for
Technical ability matters, but it’s only part of what makes someone a great fit at PTP.
We look for people who take pride in the little things. People who genuinely care about the quality of their work, communicate well and can be relied upon to follow something through.
Our team includes people from a wide range of technical, trade, creative and professional backgrounds, and we believe different perspectives make us better at solving problems.
If you’re someone who looks at something and immediately starts thinking about how it works, why it works or how it could work better, there’s a good chance we’ll get along.
We’re drawn to people who don’t settle for “good enough”. People who are always learning, refining their craft and looking for the next opportunity to improve. There’s no real finish line here. Just better than yesterday, and plenty more to learn tomorrow.
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
We want PTP to be somewhere talented people can build their skills, take on interesting challenges and enjoy coming to work. That means giving people room to learn, encouraging ideas and creating an environment where asking for help is just as normal as offering it.
Technology changes constantly, and so do we. There will always be something new to learn, a problem we haven’t seen before or a better way of doing something.
That’s all part of the fun.
